I'm scared! I don't feel like I've lost a thing because my weekend was so naughty haha!

Do you know any sausages that are free on SW? X

I get like that every week. I was like it on Friday and I went and lost 2lb... I need to learn to ignore the mind talk!

You have to try Sainsburys be good to you sumberland sausages, they are stunning! They dont taste like low fat sausages at all, so much so that when I had one for the first time I had to double check that packaging to make sure I'd bought the right ones! x
