Definitely, I haven't always got time before work to cook fresh so I'd b using a lot of syns up on ready meals. I prefer fresh food obviously but I tend to buy the m n s fuller for longer meals. No crap in them n they are gorgeous xx

im the same its soo convenient for me I think ill be a ww girl from now x

Yep I defo think you've defo got to be prepared to cook from scratch with SW and it's not as easy to walk into a shop/supermarket and pick up a snack/lunch x

yeh what tano said is right I tired we and found I ate crap where as slimming world I eat so healthy
