Morning!!!
Still in bed, having a coffee. I'll get up in a minute for breakfast so I can take my pain killers. Still in pain but nowhere near as much as yesterday! Had soooo many treats brought round to me haha! The cook at work brought round flapjacks and muffins and managed to feed them to mum dad sister and nephew hahahaha! Got a sticky toffee pudding from my father in law so I'll be having that tonight after dinner! Also got my friend visiting today who's mum makes the best cakes ever! She's been baking for me hahah! God I could be such a fatty in this recovery process lol x

1/4 pounder with cheese meal
Or
Sweet chilli chicken deli sub meal
All with diet coke of course x
