7 days but only have to take them for pain relief so I only take them when I'm uncomfortable, it's a mix of really strong paracetamol, codeine and ibuprofen x

Can u get anti sickness tablets to take with them???
When my brother was in super string pain killers, they made him really sick. So doc hav him anti sickness tablets to take.

Ahhhh really!!! May call docs tomorrow, although they gave me anti sickness after it came round and threw up till 7pm lol x

Not too bad, I'm still so sore and find it hard to move in certain positions, still can't sleep facing the right-hurts too much. Lees back at work today so I'm home alone eeeeek a bot scary! X
