I have a challenge going on in class and I wanted to lose 10lb.....seems too far away. we should defo set a challenge.

I wana join in the Christmas challenge :( Next year maybe..... Good luck to each n every one of you though.. I have no doubt you'll make it...
Why not someone (who can participate) start a Christmas challenge thread and each person WI there every week.. Make it a "real challenge" where your results will be noted and tracked.. Might give a little extra (th)inspiration ;) xxx

It's a really good idea and I'd do it but you always get people saying 'there's already a thread for that' so I tend not to bother :-( x

Yes Frances, they are the bollox!!!! Awwwww I'd rather have a baby for Xmas than lose 7lbs hahahaha x

Morning
Had such a bad night last night, my right arm is numb feeling and no matter how I lay, I couldn't get comfortable!!! Grrrrrr!!!
Had my antibiotic and waiting for brekkie (gotta take pills on empty) went TGI's last night and had loads of food; feeling fatter than a house; literally can't wait for my fresh start tomorrow!!!
