Lunch: beans n coleslaw jacket n salad

1 small scone half
1/2 cookie

Hi all,
Haven't been on plan, however I AM weighing on sat to face the scales, I'll still have 3 weigh ins to be an ok weight for Xmas. It's so hard at work but I must do this!!! If I can be at least 10st by Xmas, I'll be happy, any lower... Bonus. God knows what the scales will say on sat but I'm expecting to be about 10st 3 at least! I was 10st at last weigh in.
Food today:
Banana, natural yog, seeds, honey

Tuna mayo jacket n salad
Pineapple upside down sponge n custard

Spaghetti bolognaise (tiny bit of pasta) with cheese on top

You are doing the right thing by still going. I've now got a total of 5 more nights out between now and Christmas so until I can get 4.5lb by the 6th I won't get my 2 stone award for crimbo but if I can at least maintain I will be a happy bunny. I need to have a life as well as trying to shift some lbs! x

Absolutely! I'm just gonna be honest at weigh in and look at it as a way of not having a massive gain over Xmas. I'm going to keep glasto in my mind for summer 2014 and work on my perfect bod for that after Xmas. X
 
Well when I started this time I said my aim is to be slinky for spring, and I will be!

Last time I for to target I was so obsessed with getting to target, I even lost crimbo and new year. The trouble I had was that I never for a balance between having a life and losing weight and accepting maintains x
 
Food today:
Two wholemeal toast n jam

Chicken n sweetcorn soup
2 seeded toast n spread
3 quality street

Grapes
Roast chicken, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato mash, gravy n 2 Yorkshire puds :)
 
Well after a very scary weigh in, I lost 1.5, making me 9st 12.5 yay!!!!
Time to stay on track now!!!

Morning!!! Made lovely fajitas last night followed by some Haagen Dazs salted cramel I've cream (heaven!!!)

Today I'm taking my nephews to the cinema then McDonald's so gonna need lots of willpower haha! Sausage casserole n veg planned for dinner. Yum!!! X
