Either pasta n sauce or noodles
Apple
Muller

Spaghetti bolognaise dinner (3.5 syns)
 
Been 100% off plan today! I will NOT let this lead into thurs/fri tho! Fact!
Coco shreddies

Cheese n pickle white sandwich
Walkers crisps
Mini malteasers/mini twix

Chip shop chips, pie n curry sauce x
 
Today:
Mullerlight and banana

Tuna mayo salad
Choc flapjack n custard

Not on plan but having worst period ever!!! (After op :( )

Dinner will be spaghetti bolognaise xxx

Just to let u know, I'm not weighing in today. Had a massive argument with OH last night so hardly slept! Been crap anyway really! Grrrrrr I'm so pi$$ed off.

Hi all Had a stressful/drunk/hungover weekend. Not on plan at all!!! Or today coz I was still feeling so crap! Ready to smash it from tomorrow!!! Forward planning:
Breakfast: banana toastie (HEXB)
Milk allowance in drinks
Lunch: jacket with beans
Apple
Yogurt (All free)
Dinner: sweet n sour chicken with either egg noodles or wholemeal rice and extra baby corn (7.5 syns)

And going gym tomoz night (combat class)
 
Banana wholemeal roll instead of toast and Turkish delight options 1.5
