My nephews birthday was yesterday and he's just given me a slice of his birthday cake (bless) it was then halved into the thinnest slice ever! Synned it as 15 syns as it is 5 syns per 25g, it was home made too so no nutritional value or ingredients to go by. That will have to do I'm afraid! With the pasta n sauce earlier, I've had 16 syns today. X
 
Aww bless! It's my OH's niece's birthday party on Sunday so I'm dreading the food situation! Also my nieces 1st birthday the weekend after!! I love party food haha :)

My sister cooked a lamb dinner an oh my goddddd it looked amazing. She left loads so to add to my diary, some lamb, cabbage and Brussels sprouts..... And 2 small roast potatoes. Gone over syns today so will cut back tomorrow. My dad then got out a huge bag of smarties which I declined. (swings and roundabouts aye?) x
 
My dinner was lovely; gammon, green beans, carrot, sweetcorn and mushrooms. :)

Yes. Here is promised picture needed to get on phone to post lol. I only ate the one in the end as I was stuffed so have half a HEXA still to go.

Had it with salad and butternut squash wedges as you'll see. Was yummy. Adding 4 syns for the bread bring 1.5 hex allowance and the breadcrumbs in the burger. Gorgeous though. Always makes you feel like you're being naughty lol.

I'm having a red day today:
Banana and muller
Tea an 3 nice biscuits (6 syns)

Lunch: wholemeal roll with bacon lettuce and tomato (no Mayo)
Fruit

Dinner: bolegnese no pasta with 30g cheese on top, all bulked out with tomatoes, mushrooms and onions

You'll do great.... i'm tossing up between bolognaise and lasagne depending on how i feel when i get back from the gym.... might do lasagne as it's hubby's fav and it is v day lol
 
I just want to snack today, I'm grazing like a cow. Went and met OH with my nephew for lunch and had a ham salad wholemeal roll (no butter) then a packet of crisps and another mullerlight plus 3 satsumas. I think it's just where I'm at home bored, watching bloody cartoon network all day! I've had 12.5 syns today so not having any more at all. Got the bolegnese later which is all free with my HEXA cheese on top. Going to a box class at 6pm also. Time for a nap I think lol.........

I'm definitely not going to have any more; trying to snuggle up with the nephew to make him snooze but he's not having any of it haha! Just had a coffee and don't feel hungry anymore, think I was probably thirsty! Are you still calorie counting shanny? X

hahaha not wanting snuggles :) yes ccing the trouble is i want to change to something else. But it seems to be working i get bored easily on diets thats my problem lol.
