Going gym 9-10am which is a hardcore sandbag class, really tough..... Eeeek!!!
Breakfast: Banana and strawberries covered with activia pouring yogurt =2
Lunch: 4 sesame ryvita with 3 laughing cow triangles, rocket and cherry tomatoes = 6
Melon
Dinner: Sea bream with seafood risotto =19 and a whole load of alcohol hahaha xxx (???????)
Hey tan, i'm back again at ww, joined back yesterday at 10st 8.5! been faffing about with silly diets for couple months n come to conclusion that ww is only thing that works for me. Hol in 6 wk's tho so really want to lose 10lb, would like more but I'll b realistic x x
Now.... last night didn't go to plan.................. We went to visit the OH little cousin to give him his birthday present and he'd saved us a piece of chocolate birthday cake so obvs I had to have it. (There'd 8pp done!) Then..... By the time we got out of there it was 8:30pm, and the thought of cooking and eating pasta at like 10pm was ridiculous so we went and bought rolls and doritos. So I had 2 granary rolls with ham n pickle (No butter) and chilli heatwave doritos which I measured out 60g. So overall, i overate by about 15 PP yesterday. Still tracked everything, still have loads of weeklies for tonight and I'm staying in control. Going gym at 9am
