Morning chicks and helloooo Stef!!! I never put my cals up as I do it on mfp. Hahaha the pastie was definitely calorific!!! Weighed this morning and am still 10st 11, so at least I haven't gained anything. It will take a week or so for my body to adjust to the exercise. Going ww with my sister and mum on Thursday so will use that as my start weight and only weigh once a week on their scales. I'm hurting today, but am going again tonight to a boxing class. Got cinema with my nephew and his little friend today (God help me haha)

Went to see ice age 4, was good!!! Then we had a mcdonalds for lunch. Got salmon and steamed veg for dinner, plus boxing so hopefully, the mcd's shouldn't do too much damage!!!

Did my boxing class plus a 15minute jog. Got home and had salmon with green beans, mange tout and babycorn. No potatoes, although the others did, followed by a handful of seeds and a mullerlight. Even though I'm not showing on the scales, I can definitely feel and see a change in my body shape. I'm feeling much more toned, in fact more toned than I have probably ever been. Im a size 12 bottom and sze 10 top, so cant really moan at that. I'd love to bea perfect 10 haha.

Toned is a good look anyhow,well done on size 12 bottoms and a size 10 top! Dinner and snacks sound nice.well done on the jog after boxing class :0)

10st 10 this morning, so a pound down, but I'll see what I am tonight at weight watchers! Not going gym today or tomorrow, these will be my two days off, although I don't have anything planned for today, so I could well venture down there later haha. Tomorrow it is shut, so I can't go haha. Just had a bowl of granola with strawberry pouring yogurt. Was lovely xxx
