I'm back! Baby is now 18 months old!! I've been back at my sw group since 31st Jan and have lost 1 stone 6 pounds. I was heavier than last time I started but I'm on it and chasing them awards again. For my little girl and for my health.
Pregnancy brought me gestational diabetes so I have to look after myself now I've more chance of being diabetic for life
So yeah....chasing my 1.5 stone award this week!
