last night shift tonight, then off work for 10 days, woohoo!

i hate the way nights makes me feel, no matter how well i stick to the correct woe, i end up feeling bloated and sluggish. been very very good this week, so here's hoping one the nightshift bloat subsides i will see a down on the scales next week.

hi everyone!

snow just blew through, didn't lay.
got some stuff done in the garden, but don't seem to have a lot of energy this week, dunno why.

been making wedding plans, lots of ideas tossing around, but we need to wait untill we know about steve's job before we book anything.
one thing that shocked me, to have the cermony here, the council want £805 in license fees!! so need to think hard, i would really love to have the whole wedding here, but will need to work it out carefully.

Go abroad and wed, far, far cheaper and guaranteed nice weather!! And then have a do on your return

Turkey is £2k for the full works on the beach with food.....and guests! which is what I shall be doing..if I ever do again...plus we can get the rings made there to our spec!

I'm having some commissioned from a Tiffany Brochure design lol...they hand make from the picture an exact copy and certify the diamonds you pick etc and on valuation in the uk they are worth triple what's paid there!

Cheaper again of course if no guests!

I paid £5k for my wedding at Seaworld in Florida back in 2000, that was with Virgin for 6 of us including flights, hotel, ceremony, vicar, cake, reception, hair and makeup and limousine! Oh n two weeks in Orlando... Bargain...albeit I divorced 10 years later....! It was a magical day though!

I bought a simple wedding dress and the ex bought a simple suit!

Far, far cheaper than England!

Morning s & m. Groupon often have an all in offer in my area for up to 60 guests in a hotel for about £1500 but it would be lovely to have it at home with all your friends and family including the furry and feathered ones
