Thanks everyone for my birthday wishes 
Today has been lovely, seeing the ex and him commenting on my weightloss. He has never complimented me in 20 odd years, didnt really expect today to be any different. Still who cares got my fav perfum lol
Went for a ride on Chester again today as the rain held off this afternoon. Bless him he has to be the cobiest/heaviest horse I have ever ridden and my thighs were aching after yesterday. This evening I am feeling it for sure. He is such a gentleman to ride and just needs some TLC from me, whether he wants it or not lol. Going to buy him some brushes and stuff tomorrow, which menas I will end up buying me something too.
Visited my sister this evening had a beautiful bracelet off her for my birthday.
So tomorrow is my offical day that I am not longer on LL products. However as the water is an issue and I have been told to drink plenty still I am going to have to use the water flavouring. A full day of eating conventional food. Slightly unnerving but with all the info you guys have given will help me I am sure.
Oh forgot to mention that I cleared the remainder of my wardrobe out this morning, I desperatly need new workwear now. All the skirts I have are now huge. Never seen my wardrobe so empty. It felt like a real achievement.
Right off to clean my tack (saddle and bridle). Going to check out some of the diaries a bit later too.

It's so strange waking up and planning my days food, always liked the comfort and convenience of the packs, think that's because I am lazy lol and rubbish with cooking and stuff. Had lots of advice off many of you and feel in more control of this now. It will be interesting to see what my weightloss if any will be this week.
Going to the toilet is a slight problem and I feel bloated, so I will take something tonight if no shifting it today. it's probably my body readjusting to things.
I am definately walking like John Wayne today lol not a pretty site let me tell you.
I love Sunday mornings, they would be a whole lit nicer if I had a hot guy to stat in bed for though lol

Morning hon, glad to hear you had a good day yesterday, your presents sound lovely too - perfume is one of my favourite gifts!
The advice the girls have been giving sounds fab and that salad definitley sounds delicious, I just thought I'd throw my two pennies worth in too as I've been looking into it somewhat being quite nervous about swapping to Lite myself soon. A low GI diet (o'n which there are loads of websites & books) seems as much like the Lite and RTM plans as I can find (from what I know about it). Your LLC should also be able to give you the recipe books for Lite and RTM but have a chat with her too especially if you're nervous and lonely. Hope I've helped hon and not confused you with my attempt at research! xx

Had a very hectic day today!!
As usual spent it at the stables, messing round with the horses. We had to pull up the ragwort today as it is poisionous to the horses. OMG my back! This week hasnt been short of exercise albeit in the non conventional way, but still exercise all the same!
Had a lesson with Dani, hmm all she did was laugh at me because Chester is so much slower than her horses, trust me I am happy with that at my age lol. She got on him and asked him to trot he was having none of it, so she showed him she was taking no messing off him and pushed him on, he threw a buck in which was funny. It wouldnt have been if i was on him though. Took him up the lane on my own and he was golden bless him. Also bought him some brushes, he looked lovely once I had brushed him for about half and hour.
So I wont go into what foods I have had today because I am not sure it would be fair to you guys. That and the fact I am sticking with easy foods at the moment. I am going to see what happens with my blood test this week, if I have to stay off plan for the moment I will definately buy a lite book to kick start my new eating regime. Its so surreal though as I am not hungry like I thought I would be, I am almost forcing myself to eat.
Going to have a nice soak in the bath and an early night I think. Hope you have all had a fabulous day xxx

If you want to post your food diary on here, all is good, just warn the reader. Its your diary so you get to chose what you include in it.
Its great to be able to look back on what you have eaten, to get ideas, see where you did well, went wrong and so on...
I always put a few stars *** and use red ink when posting my food diary. Which I'm in the habit of doing every day now as part of my Beck work book. xx

Personally, I'm all good with reading about food! Lol... Hey, if you're not posting about it, I'll just end up reading recipe books and googling food images so really you're saving me from those desperate measures!! LOL!!
