I must say I don't like porridge, love ready brek with loads of sugar but of course that's not allowed. It's only an interim service on the car and shoulld be ok. With my job I get 25p per mile and 4k per year car allowance, so that should cover most of it. Just heard back from the holiday company anad my cheque for £1673 will be here in the next week or 2, hoorah, will be able to spend that again on something else..
Anyone got any lovely plans for the weekend? I might go out and have a few glasses of wine tonight (don't have a go it is friday) and then tidy the garden tomorrow ready for the winter...sounds exciting doesn't it? What a life us 41 year olds lead.

Morning all! Sorry not been posting much really - have been trying to do tooo many things at once. I fell off the wagon yesterday (I won't tell you what I had) i used to love it, was one of my favourite meals too but it was rubbish. And I feel like I have a food hangover today. It's soo not worth coming out of ketosis I can tell you! Soldiering on today but could kick myself really. Ho hum another lesson learnt. Business side is taking a lot longer than I hoped, Been held back by a few frustrations. Had hoped to get some flyers out and get some clients in before Christmas but it's not looking likely. Nevermind, I keep focussing on the fact that this time next year things will be different. These things can't happen overnight.

Planning a quite weekend, am dying to get my nails done. I haven't been back to get my gels done since i went on my course as you have to go without extensions but am soo fed up looking at my scabby nails now that is top priority for the weekend. I always feel better when my nails are nice (weird I know!)

All that talk of babies and giving birth made my eyes water! jes 10lbs! 2oz how the heck??? Can you tell I have no children :)

Lol, mine was 7lb 4, slid out pmsl. Glad to hear things are moving on albeit slowly. Put yesterday behind you & move on hun, at least you have realised it wasn't worth it!
Percy, I dont have any plans for the weekend. Were skint but I'm off to a halloween party next week & am taking some weird food. Need to get green & red food colouring & jelly sweets... dont ask!

That must be your burlesque witch thing...... I won't ask any questions. I know the skint feeling...lickily nothing major with the car, and he's posting the bill next week.
I've never had my nails done, maybe that could be my treat when I hit target...something to look forward to.
Just cleaned out the freezer and writen a menu plan for the guys for next week. Didn't realise I had so much food in there, that should cut the rest of the shopping bill down.

Nice one! I have just done a bit of Xmas shopping - a few personalised items for family from Studio.... Also writing the shopping list for this week...
 
We know how to live don't we? Always nice when you find things you forgot you had. I found some hotpot, they'll never know it's old and ex frozen so am going to make it into pasties for them tonight with some pastry that was there aswell. I don't like pastry so that one doesn't bother me. I'm going to try for a Friday night without wine...wish me luck
 
You can do it Percy! I'm going to try to get my internet connected back up ! I can't go a whole weekend without it!
 
I'm quite lucky we have wireless broadband but the company I work for pay it. My only problem is if I sit and surf/blog alnight, Kev gets a shi**y on if you know what I mean. Men can be so childish. Also if I told him about this site he'd want to read it and it's not about him this time.

Mine is wireless but my dongle has broken! Gonna get a wire I think - its soooo much faster!
I know what you mean about them getting sh**y - mine could be the same but we tend to rotate. lol
 
Mine can rotate all he likes at the moment, grumpy old man that he's turned into. He has his own laptop, but thinks because I use mine all day I don't need to use it at night aswell. He however can look up Volvo websites to his hearts content...Anyway enough about him...Made the pasties (benefit of working from home) and just tidied the kitchen and put the dishwasher on. Take care and don't work too hard.
 
Im so bored! I have just spent the last 1/2 hour on the WW website nicking recipes & printing them off!
 
You have to have something to do, noone really works on friday afternoon. Sainsbury's were doing ww meals 2 for £3 last week, don't know if it's still on..Off to watch Oprah, talk later have a lovely evening
 
hello everyone god i cant believe i havent been on here all day sorry been really busy what with my grandson and our girls playing a football match these are 12 yr old girls with hormones everywhere lol we drew 1-1 but it was a good game just got in and had my 2nd pack!! still got one to get down me and i just want to go to bed lol me refusing food can you believe it!!!! run out of bars as well and i love to have a bar last thing at night cant even get anymore either as i have too many shakes to use up good job i like the tetras in coffee now OMG it is so nice and because i have a really large mug of it it is so filling i have a good few potato and leak soup but its not my favourite i find it a little to strong also no veg left and thats my favourite might just have to get some come to think of it he he
its so nice when you find food in the freezer you forgot about i should do that this weekend see what i can feed the family!!!!

as for my weekend i do the same nearly every week saturdays we do girls football training im a coach and the secretary so i really only train the younger ones ages 6-10 yr olds not to hard or energetic lol
then really just spend the time with my family and the grandson this sunday will be a lazy day as eldest daughter has a football match for her womens team out of london so her dad is driving the mini bus leaving me and the youngest 2 and grandson to do nothing really if its nice we'll go to finsbury park which is nice feeding the ducks and playing(still a kid at heart)
 
Afternoon All,
This took some finding! I have just got back from shopping & stocked up on fresh fruit, veg & meat. Been & 'borrowed' an ethernet cable from work so we are no longer 'wireless' but its a damned site faster!

My mum has just been a diamond & bought me a new wedding ring. My old one is a size P or Q! I have just been measured - 5 stone later am an M!!!! I had to stop wearing my rings a few months ago because they all got too big :-(

Right, off to make a hearty vegetable soup.

what a horrible day it is well it is here raining windy and very dull! not an inspiring day to do anything but i do have to go into town to buy some clothes for grandson not a nice day to go shopping and i love shopping too.

even though the weather was bad still went out shopping got my grandson some new denim dungaress from next did some food shopping i guess i'd better feed the family he he the fridge was bare today and OH complained the whole family was on CD jokingly so i thought id better do some shopping lol
just had my first shake for the day MY NEW Favouite flavour black coffee mixed with a choc tetra OMG its to die for!!!!

i hope i dont bother you all when i keep posting on here i just find it helps me so much even if knowone reads what im writing lol

Sounds like you have had a busy weekend. Took me some finding now they have moved it lol.
Sam baked a chocolate sponge cake yesterday (its yummy, I had tiny pointed piece) and I have made some 0 point vegetable soup and 0 point pumpkin soup - its all good :)

Have been good with my points this weekend but its soooooo much easier in the week! Think I'm gonna have to start saving points - either that or actually eat regularly lol
