i know exactly what u mean.
i get through the daylight hours with no problem and with great confidence but come evening and the approaching of dinnertime i want to eat bread and butter. dont even care if there is nothing else with it, just white bread and lurpak butter will suffice :sigh:
ive managed to lose 7lbs this week but i dont completely deserve that to be honest.
if i can just get into ketosis i know i will be fine.
what doesnt help is that im using excess packs from my last cd journey at the moment so im not even having my favourite flavours, im using the ones i left last time so not exactly looking forward to each meal.
from this coming thursday i will be buying again and so will be able to get the flavours i would rather be having.
until then, im taking it one day at a time, slowly does it.
