hi julie,
thanks hun.
i really dont deserve the weight loss to be honest, although i had 5 good days of ss+ (sort of, i have 3 shakes and about 90mls skimmed milk in tea) just cant drink it black without gagging. lol
BUT, my 16 year old son has just started college doing his first year of hospitality and catering (he wants to be the next jamie oliver) and at the moment they are learning all there is to learn about bakery, so of course twice a week he is baking and bringing home some wonderful stuff.
he is so proud of himself that it is increasingly hard to say ' i dont want any' :sigh:
this week i had a spicy worcester sausage roll and a sweet cream and vanilla horn
so i guess i should be thankful for any weight loss
my hubby is also a baker and i can resist the things he comes home with, EVEN the tiger bread although it teases me all night.
i guess with my son it is as much about wanting to feed his pride with my satisfaction as it is about wanting to eat the food.
Well that is a toughie, you dont want to upset your son cos hes probably really proud of what hes made,so youre obviously sticking to it a lot of the time so congrats on that,it might just take a bit longer thats all
xx
we posted at the same time lol....very well done on the 3lb i know how bloody hard tis diet is,and 3 pound seem to be me everyweek slow and steady wins the race.
Tiger bread is a white bread baked in a large tin which is rubbed with sesame oil, after adding the dough to the tin, the dough is also brushed with sesame oil.
it is a bread above all over breads, its flavour is out of this world
