I feel your pain with the snoring situation, my husband sounds like a jack hammer when he sleeps, I swear I'm going to have hearing problems by the time I'm 40 because of him!

Hi ,just jumping on here quick while OH isnt here,he is off for a week as he gave notice in at work to start new job and they told him to go straight away,doesnt start new job til next monday.I went to work earlier, when I got back he was cleaning the windows with air freshener,he said it was either that or fly spray as he couldnt find the polish!!

evening,todays been a good day,shake,soup yuk, and 4 pints water,but my stomach kept growling at my mothers and she did the are you starving is it worth it speech mothers,i am not hungry but my stomach is bugging me today for the 1st time,day 18 for me shouldnt this have passed ,i am 100% ss and nothing else.

My stomach makes noises all the time I wouldn't worry about it so long as you don't actually feel hungry.

I'd also ignore the comments as well. I was talking to my brother last night and he was lecturing me on my 'extreme' diet and how unhealthy it was, we'll ignore the fact that his wife is in the hospital at the moment suffering from high blood pressure and heart palpatations after being on the atkins diet for the last 6 months (she's a veggie as well so lots of high fat cheese!!!).
People have no idea what they are talking about half the time but sadly still feel they have a right to comment.

i know,i even think atkins is a no-no,you do it yourself with no help so how can that be good,our ss is science proved and we need a cdc ,some peolpe think you can pick it up in a supermarket ha ha

Sorry you feel this way Noelle. Like Bunny, I think it is brilliant that you resurrected team 4 and won. I wish you guys all the luck in the world in losing weight. Please let's not have any bad feeling, we just have to do what is best for us and what keeps us on track.

I have the choc one but that's because I don't like fruit flavoured shakes. Give them all a go hun, everyone's different so what I like you might not and vice versa.

Hi how are we all?talking tetras I see,I love choc as an ice cream I freeze them then take them out leave for about half hour til you squeeze it and its soft in the middle mmmmmmmmmlovely
