STS - which is a good thing this week. I did a 2 day detox type thing and lost 4lb - then it was my birthday so went for a mexican on Thursday, had a pub meal with chips on Friday, then had 2 nights in London with a full buffet breakfast for Sat and Sun morning (had good intentions to be back on track on Sunday morning but the croissants threw themselves at me, as did the toast, the cooked breakfast etc etc!!)
No exercise last week due to rib injury, went back to the gym this morning and my usual running is out of the question as everything still very painful. Therefore just did some hilly walking on the treadmill instead.
