I managed to get my head back in the game and lost 11lbs this week. So 4lbs until I reach the first 50lbs. I will then add another as I still got a ton of weight to shift!

Good loss for me with 1.8lbs which means I have now hit my goal which I feel delighted about. I would like to stay on this if you would let me even if I have no more lbs to lose please as I am going to keep weighing myself every Sunday to keep myself accountable and very nervous but delighted about maintaining.
