Do you know about the free food and Syn-free food? 'Free' food is stuff like (I will say for green) pasta, potatoes, rice etc. 'Syn-free' foods are things like pasta n sauce, yogurts, packet and pre-prepared foods. We should be having mostly 'free' foods and not so much of the 'syn-free' stuff where possible.it is that time, im definately eating enough im starting to wonder if im eating 2 much free foods but i really struggle when i dont, ill just have to see what next week brings! at least its still a loss this month, unless i put on 2 on monday lol
