Yes I think so. I am hungry but it doesn't hurt. Yesterday was the worst Cambridge day in all my history of on off starts, for hunger and temptation. I've had worse days with headaches, but great thing is I've not had a proper headache this time.

Thanks and hi liripip! Day 4 was a bit of a killer for me but day 5 was great so hang on in there! Ketosis is great-green tongue, metallic taste,green pee and a crazy thirst. . But knowing that the fat is burning is wonderful! Your weight loss on Saturday WILL be great so hang on in there and get ready to feel very proud of yourself! Pip x

Hopefully I will thanks Wishing ketosis will have kicked in by tomorrow. I'm working from home and I'm terrible for picking at food when I'm in the house. Hope I actually manage to get some work done tho and not just spend all day on here lol x

Thanks HM. That is a very glamorous photo you have- the image of my fat tabby cats tummy isn't quite so glam...but it is a fair reflection of my tummy. . .though mine is less furry! Seems like a great team and i can't wait to see how everyone gets on at wi. Pip. X

Thanks x only got Kelly Clarkson cost love the song what doesn't kill u makes u stronger Its my inspiration. For dieting its not gonna kill me not eating food for a while but it will make me stronger and more confident in myself stupid I know but keeps me going
