yeah thats what im thinking have the first one a bit later cos i will be starving at night!! Im doing SS at the moment but will move onto SS+ before I go away to hopefully stop complete body shock looool.
Not looking forward to going through the first week again but its just has to be done! Its the hardest when im at work and someone fancies a quick wine on a thursday and friday!

Think of it this way though, if you have the odd wine now with just 4 weeks to lose a stone its less likely to happen, once you're on hol and feeling amazing then have the glass of wine!

Also think about how rubbish you feel getting back into ketosis (its a nightmare) is that glass of wine worth 3-4 days of feeling starving, ill etc?

no its definately not just wish i liked diet coke!!

it does help it really does just wish the diet could be more sociable and i wasnt so grumpy while everyone is skinny and getting a few beers down them!!
 
Ooo I didn't know we could have diet coke? I know, it is really unsociable and I am basically a hermit at the moment but I am just trying to think its only for a few months then all about lifestyle change. X

Not diet coke as that has Citric acid. Has to be coke zero. The odd glass won't hurt I'm sure but stick to coke zero or water where possible x
 
not really sure you can have diet coke but i think it is better than wine spritzers loooool. Just cant wait for holiday.

They never do coke zero anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!! whyyyyyyy

Bit of both Hun...bf's mate has the yacht, he's about to set sail round the med next week, he does it every year! We're meeting him in isle of man and staying aboard, prob do a little sailing too but I'm not that fussed about that! It's got central heating thank god so I'll stay in the cabin where it's warm and read a few books lol! Gonna be having a few drinks etc but I'm not haven a lot, packed my coke zero and voddy :) just wish the weather would get better xx

Hi everyone. Can't believe how busy I've been. Had a crazy day at uni yesterday, only managed a litre of water and one cd product in 12 hours. Felt lousy in the afternoon! Tried to catch up on the water when I got home but don't think I managed it all. Really didn't fancy my shakes when I got in so had some more chicken. I know I should've had them but felt really sick and thought once wouldn't hurt. Couldn't sleep again last night even though I'd been up since half 5. I fell asleep in the sofa this morning though after the school run - so I'm behind on the water again!! I've got so much uni work to do too but really can't get into it. Just feel crap :( anyway, hope everyone has a great day, I'm sure you all will cos you're all doing sooooo well! :) xxxx
 
Just been to see my CDC and she insists that pepsi max is better than coke zero....iv got both for my trip but now don't know which one to take! I told her about zero being better but she said no, pepsi max instead! I want to do as well as I can so do I stick with zero or have pepsi max? Sorry for the stupid question xx

Aww Hun, sorry your feeling so lousy :( it's hard isn't it, I don't feel like my shakes half the time...I'm sure you will catch up on the water, just keep reminding yourself of the end result...sending you hush and I hope you perk up soon xxx

I know how u feel :( I have no appetite at the mo and havin to force myself to take something! It's hard but I hope u feel better soon :) xx
