I just had a nightmare when I went to collect my sons watch. Got for Xmas, it broke. Took it back. Being replaced. Went to collect today they said I not given other one back. No records. On their system. Said I had to pay. I snatched it out of his hand and said no way I'm paying for it. You've got the other broken watch. He said no. I said well I'm not leaving without it. In there for 3/4 hour. In the end I went mad, I told them to call police cos one their staff must have stolen it (Armani £500 watch) they flapping around. I said I'm going now. They said you can't. fcuking nightmare! I left with the watch.
Then..... Went to pizza hut, wtf!!!!????
Why did I do that!!!! I am so effing angry at myself.

Not surprised you went to pizza hut - when you are suddenly that angry & wound up its hard to know what to do - & eating is how most of us on here deal with things - otherwise we wouldn't need CD! So you are only human & that was a completely understandable reaction to a very stressful situation.

What was the final result?? Do you have to go back or is the original watch just lost now?

Don't let them ruin how well you are doing as that would be even more annoying so stick two fingers up & move on. Mentally doing some kickboxing to irritating shop person!!
 
Evening all. Gosh the last two days have been a bit harder for me. Having to talk myself into the diet. Probably just a combination of being on hols and the kids noticing me not eating I reckon. Had a small chicken salad last night and tonight sat down to dinner with the kids I had an omelette with salad so it was a bit more normal for them. Still within the guidelines though so doing ok ;) am sure it will get easier once I'm back home.

Good luck for tonight second time lucky xxx

Just made my son a chicken korma, I had an omelette with mushrooms and spring onions! It was so hard not to pinch a bit of his lol xx

Don't know why I feel like this I ate again today 80g tin tuna ( in sparkling water) cucumber slices and 1 boiled egg.
Feel annoyed with myself for eating though.
I've got 1 pack left to have and was thinking of trying the Mango Shake..
Has anyone had it?
What did you think of it?

Iv had the mango shake, I like it! I thought you were able to have a meal? Xx

Don't be upset with yourself hun we all have the days where we need something more. Just go with the ss+ guidelines and you'll be fine x

Thanks. No I've been doing ss just 3 cd products only..
But think I may change to ss plus soon.

I know I've not had anything bad but I still feel naughty.. I really need to stick to ss I've got my holiday in 10 weeks and I want to shift 2 stone for it.
But yeah I did look in the book at the ss+ bit, so I suppose I'm still in ketosis.
I better be! :/
 
Hey ladies random question but does anyone else find the chewy bars hard to stomach? i'm trying to eat the chocolate one just now but i really am struggling with it! i much prefer the crunchy ones!! although iam badly craving crisps today don't know why :eek: xx

Don't worry we all get days were we need a little extra! u will defo still be in ketosis if you've stuck to the ss+ guidelines and you'll still lose weight :) at least you didn't indulge in something naughty!! ;) As for the mango shake i don't think my CDC supplies this yet! but it sounds lovely xx

Well dont :) making food forbidden completely can be dangerous as once it's allowed back in you may be tempted to go crazy. The difference between ss and ss+ is minimal and it certainly won't make hardly any difference if you're only doing it on the days you need to! If you stick to the book then you'll still be in ketosis :) xxx
