Oh thanks good to know thought I had done something wrong. The may challenge is a thread um not sure how to send you the link but if you search it I think you'll find it.

Evening all :) hope you've had a lovely day :) am just catching up with everyone's diary before heading to bed gonna catch up on some tv I think. Hubby gone out to a friend so I have a nice fresh bed all to myself. Mmmmmm x

Can I ask all u ladies how do u stick to it I first start off all good then by evening I start picking I really want to stop with the picking, ok so it was more protein n veg that I had n stopped myself eating the bakewaell tart I was itching to taste..

But I really would love some tips I can use to stop me eating n just sticking to the cd

Hello!!!

I can only speak for me and tbh most of the time I have no idea how I am sticking to it. I think it's taking one day at a time. Focusing on your weight loss goals and wanting That more than food. Keeping busy lots of distractions and finally coming on here. Minimins and team ideal have been a massive part of why I am still rockin and rolling with this.

Good morning lovely ladies I'm up early again thanks to boyfriend banging around getting ready for work think I will do the same tomorrow when I start early bloody pain he is.
The sun is shining again today looks like its gonna be a gorgeous day what u all got planned for today ? Mine is ironing ironing and more ironing lol have a good day all

If I have a day where I really feel I need something, and the first step is identifying whether u need or want it, then I have a small chicken salad... Just stick in line with ss+ day. Better that than a fail x

Yes distraction helps too!! Keep yourself busy. Have a bath, read a book, do your nails etc x it's about learning new behaviours x

Hunni we all just babble!! This is my point though, most of my eating anyway is with my emotions or senses, it's not that I'm hungry. That's the first thing to address. When you know you're not hungry in your tummy then work n distractions. Some days I've been in bed straight after the kids x
