Must admit the first book got a bit boring, I mean there's only so many whips, chains, floggers and butt plugs you can bear reading about lmao....I ended up skipping some of the naughty stuff cos it actually bored me! I'd say about halfway through the storyline picked up and books 2 & 3 were in my opinion a lot better xx

My mum and dad did dukan diet!! They used to go round to everyone and say "if dukan, you can" my dad lost a lot of weight on it and felt amazing had lots of energy!! It's a good diet to go on when you get to goal weight to introduce food!! And then it's easy to maintain using the dukan method!! x great recipes too but it takes organisation which I can't do with a diet at the mo x x

I have plans for next two weekends and i have drank this weekend which led to two days off plan but eating little and ss+ but now out of ketosis.

I don't want to be out of ketosis and square one for next few weeks.

Plus all my friends don't know only a select few.

What would you do?

But nowhere really does coke zero which is so annoying! I usually drink vodka anyway and I am steering clear of shots etc. ahhh why cant i just be skinny and never put on weight!!!!

I had a bottle of coke zero in my bag and just asked for a vodka and ice....cider is my drink but it's a definate no no....it's annoying isn't it, they should make an alcoholic punch that we can drink that is specifically for the CD lol xx

Well done you for resisting a roast I was supposed to be having fresh sea bass for my tea but bf is not back from sea yet he's caught me a nice one but I'll have to have it 2morra now! I'm not gonna bother with a meal today, just having a bar and a green tea xx
