Well ladies back from WI lost 1lb bit gutted as unwanted my 3 stone but still 40lb in 9 weeks so,I'm happy feel bloated today too

So I got weighed last Wednesday and had put in 7lbs due to me going on an all inclusive holiday and doctors tellig me to eat normal whilst on antibiotics!
I get weighed tomorrow which will be 6 days, my scales are showing an 8lb loss today which I'm over the moon with as I'm so close to goal! But we shall see what the official scales say tomorrow morning?! Very excited as I've been sooo good!

i think its safe to say i am NEVER weighing myself on my own scales ever again....just got back from weigh in and ive lost 5lb not 4.... so they're staying in the boot of my car...

11lb in 2 weeks ... yey!!!

don't do it, my scales were telling me i'd only lost 6/8 lbs, you'll just be disappointed is they're wrong
