Another day finished on my weight loss journey glad today and all the temptations are gone and ready to start day 11 tomorrow.

Ive had a great weekend, spent Saturday chasing Giants around Liverpool (street theatre event) and made my shake in public (amongst the thousands of people in the crowd) and tonight, I've not long got back from the Drake concert in Liverpool with my daughter. I really wanted a little bottle of wine whislt I was there, but was elated when they sold bottles of pepsi max

So another day of abstinence for me
roll on tomorrow and good luck to those who weigh in tmrw. It will be my day 7 and weigh in day Tuesday ))

The number in my head was actually 12 because it would but me in the next stone down but u know what I actually don't mind!
