Just wanted to share a little victory with my lovely team. I've just put on some old pj bottoms that don't have good elastic in the top, it's sort of stopped stretching, and they they used to fit perfectly to my shape. Love the phrase "used to" they're hanging off me! Well not properly hanging off me but they definitely don't cling anymore. Chuffed to bits with such a small thing, hope you don't all think I'm mental lol xx

Anyone doing this sort of extreme diet is mental, join the gang!
And you won't fall off the wagon again, think of summer X

Morning it's sunny here, makes such a difference waking up to sun
Busy day ahead, blitz the house, pilates class, shopping, visit nan, cook dinner, the thing I can't keep up with is laundry!
I saw a washing machine with a 15 min wash the other day, tempted to sell mine and get it, mine takes forever!
Where have the guys gone? We had 3 join us didn't we?

Firstly good morning all! Day 18 here I come !
I feel just like a butterfly today I've been a fat grub wriggling and uncomfortable unhappy with myself I've now moved on to the chrysalis stage the stage of change and watch out as this summer I'm going to emerge as a beautiful butterfly dancing around fluttering and flying high spreading my wings showing my true inner colours for the whole world to see!!!
i won't be hidden and dull anymore and people will say wow look at her she looks smart confident and healthy.
Sorry for the ramble but the sun is shining folks and we are slowly winning our own private weight loss battles
We are all special people in our own right and taking control of our issues
Well done everybody!

Great motto I found one just now that totally relates to how I felt earlier... "There is only one thing worse than falling off the wagon. Not bothering to get back on it again." not that I'm planning to fall off again but it made me stop feeling guilty x

It's true though. The hardest part is accepting what you've done, learning from it and moving on x

Week 2 WI - Happy to report another 4lbs gone - total 1 stone in 2 weeks so am pretty pleased with that! Am also below a weight that I have been for a while so I feel like my journey is finally starting!! Son survived his DofE weekend in the worst weather we have had for ages despite going the wrong way at the start and so walking 18 miles rather than 11 - so all is well in my neck of the woods!!

On day 15 feels quite satisfying to have made it over 2 weeks - keep on going everyone!!!

Really hope my 2nd week goes as well as my first! Woke up feeling great this morning, no hangover all weekend which is strange but good got my official weigh in after work today, (the one I had on Saturday was a sneaky one)

Well the dinner with the mother went well, I made a roast Dinner for them all and trifle for afters and I had me soup and didn't touch a bit I'm am loving this diet the food not even bothering me now, I still sneak a smell though lol good job none of them see me they would think I was a right weirdo lol

Day 18 almost over can't wait for weds WI

I also did slow roast pork with all the extras and then an apple pie for pud and sat there with my soup but guess what it felt fine, didnt feel deprived although it smelt DIVINE! I also had been to a party earlier with loads of food and just said I wasnt eating as had a roast cooking. Like many of you I am feeling "in the zone" long may it last!! Happy days

Sun shining here too, although its still cold I can never keep up with laundry either house work never ends does it. Yeah I posted on cd guy but no reply maybe he's struggled. Shame. Will is still around on his diary tho! Yep WI tonight for me will update as soon as I can x
