I lost 6lbs this week!

Also achieved losing 10% of my weight! :D :D
 
Well done! I'm not feeling very hopeful for this week... i seem to have fallen off the wagon a bit this last couple of weeks. It's such a busy time of year at school, especially as i am organising the school production - STRESS! And i just havent had time to track, have been picking at stuff all day instead of eating properly... babysat on Saturday night and the food that was bought in for us was pizza and crisps and dips!!! Grrr!! Then we went for a family meal on Sunday. I'd already had a school dinner on Thurs cos i had forgotten my lunch... so annoyed.

I am guna try to be V careful tomorrow and Weds and keep my fingers crossed....

I had had a bit of a crap emotional week, which would ususally would turn me to food, but hasn't so far. Would really like to lose something in the last week before christmas.

What are people doing Christmas day? I have decided I am going to eat when and what I want christmas day and possibly Boxing day.

Oooh i am staying on plan all christmas, i feel really positive that i can do it. I don't want to have a gain and i know i will if im off plan for christmas day.
 
I'm planning on staying on the plan throughout christmas too, including Xmas day!
Instead of Pâté I'm going to have Heinz WW Tom Soup, and then a roast dinner can be as healthy as you make it! :D
 
I'm not planning to do anything - i will just take the day as it comes. If i find i can watch what i am eating then great. If i fancy a bit of extra something then so be it - it's Christmas. Only a week or so. No point depriving oneself! :) x
 
STS this week. Going off plan for Christmas but I'm not going to go mental, just let myself have that extra bit of Christmas pudding if I want it!
 
Hi Team mates,

Im afraid, til after Christmas I am going for maintaining my 13'7. I havent been well and was in hospital last week for 4 nights with what I now know are kidney stones, with one on the move :sigh:.
You are all doing so well, and I have to say, fair play to those of you who are going for plan on christmas day. My aim is just to not overdo it!!

So, an early Happy Christmas, and I will be back afterwards with anewed enthusiasm!!!

Clarri I am so sorry to hear you've been unwell - you've got the right idea to get better first then get back into the swing of things. Hope you're much better very soon :)

Everyone has done so amazingly - so well done to you all from me! Its great to see progress isn't it :D I had a STS this week as I have had a couple of treats after depriving myself for a whole month but I'm stopping now and am back onto the wagon of weight loss!

Ooh, it's Weigh In day tomorrow. I need just 3lbs for my 2 stone loss. Hope I get it!!! :D
 
1lb to go and then the stone is off for Christmas! With all the festive rushing about I reckon I can shift that by Thursday.

i'm really going to be on it over this christmas, although feel like I've got to hide it from my mum as she KEEPS telling me to just enjoy my christmas. it's doing my head in!
