Good on ya hbb - if you can manage it then theres no reason why you shouldnt - i however have told myself to enjoy christmas! Im not going to go mad but if i fancy a slice, i will have a slice :) xx

Hi everyone!! I have well and truly jumped off the wagon this Christmas!!

I will be getting back on track shortly (and back into the gym and will be back next week with my terrible weigh in result!! I can't make it to weigh in this week, which is probably why I'm struggling to get back on track!

Morning from me too..........

I have gained 4lbs over my "time off". Im ok with that. Ive enjoyed it all. Today Im taking tentative steps back onto the right road. I have a goal to lose 12lbs for January. Im going to get my head down and just get on with it.

Wow. Had a Royale today from BK. So glad I don't really like mayonnaise - as there was 200calories worth in it! Phew!
 
Have not been good over Christmas foodwise not helped as had really bad tooth infection, but am now slowly getting back into it. Am starting a January target today. Going for low one this month as think it will be harder this month. Know I have put on over Christmas just don't know how much and won't now until next week, but am going to draw a line under that and move on from it.

Im going to attack with gusto now. Im aiming for 13lbs for my first goal, and hoping to do it in January. Thats my only resolution, to actually make a goal that ive set. We will see!!!

so has anyone got any new years resolutions? i have a few.. not all diet related but many are :p

1. be more organised
2. to not give up if i fail first time round.
3. to pay off all debts and try to curb my spending
4. to attempt WW propoints but to use my points sensibly and healthily
5. to retake up exercising regularly and to fit some into my school routine (theres a new gym in the new build and we're allowed to use it :D)

Hi all - hope everyone is good and have a lovely Christmas / New Year! Belated birthday wishes to you hbb! hope you had a great day...

I havent had my weigh in yet so im not guna record it on Weds i will start after weigh in - no idea what to expect from the scales!! V nervous!!

My new year resolutions are:
1) to track EVERY day
2) to get up at 6 everyday instead of snoozing til ten to 7 and then rushing around
3) to get back on the Wii fit each morning before work - hence having to get up at 6
4) to iron school and work clothes and make packed lunches before i go to bed instead of adding to the rush in the mornings!
5) to do my lesson plans before the weekend so i can spend the time with my OH.
