sorry for my absense guys- it's been crazy here with work and such. Had a lovely day off today- went into Birkenhead with the girl I work with at the weekends, it was just what I needed! I've been feeling miserable lately, and a day out trying on clothes and drinking coffee...awesome
I can't remember if I posted my loss this week...I don't see it. I lost 6lb last week
I got my 8 stone award, which I wasn't expecting to get so soon, since it was only the week before i got my 7.5.
I'm 6lb away from my 8.5st and 6.5lb away from getting int the 13's. I've not been as energetic this week, and I've not been violently ill....so I'm not expecting a huge loss like last week! But, I've got 6 hours at Asda tomorrow as well as some overtime at the off licence. Monday, I'm considering going to the gym to activate my gym pass and do a few hours there and in the pool
Just to keep myself energised. we shall see...
I would love anything more than 3lb this week. I have 27lb to target (my initial PAT) and I want to get there by my bday- 10 weigh ins away. It's a big ask, but I've got a lot of work on, and I hope that helps me!!! *fingers crossed*
When are you planning on meeting- day or evening? if it's daytime I can meet up for an hour or so. if it's eve, i can't. Could do with a bit of social time though- so let me know
