Well I've just finished putting my new blinds up in my freshly decorated bedroom I'll be proper posh tonight without the blanket at the window! lol

Chilli chicken and roasted veggies for dinner tonight.........can't wait :drool:

It was good Corky but I could literally eat the whole bowl of that salad and at 16 syns it wouldn't do so much damage lol!

Ooh I'm going to a friends so it's a surprise for me this eve. She's also doing Slimming World (phew) so no worries about what it's going to be, and she's a really good cook so no-doubting it'll be scrummy (I may get a piccie who knows?). I'm driving too so no tipple for me (not that I remember what alcohol tastes like) saving all my alcohol syns for bike ride (after not during ). Yours sounds lovely, if I wasn't otherwise engaged I'd be on my way down the A1 already

Oooft 2 n bit hours at gym n total cals on machines was 1367 im fooooked! Gym was empty, one guy there for about a hour then no one! Odd worker popped in to see everything was ok but just me looking very attractive with my sweat on! My running is improving, prob b better if i didnt smoke lol, but i cant do it all at once. WON MY TRAINERS TOO!! Woohoo. Cant wait to get them now. Brand new asics gt-2160 dark purple! £29.50 on ebay total bargin! Picked up my munchkins and they have come in n ate the rest of their dads pizza! At least he managed something! Thinking kids cinema tomorro with the munchkins!

Bargain trainers - well done! I was fuming this week bought two supposedly brand new without tag tops for my holiday - one had tea stains all down oneside and the other the lady had badly alterated herself - not impressed, she offered to refund what I paid for the tops only on the provision I returned them - told her to bugger off and opened a Paypal dispute!

This weekend is busy...Mum has a family BBQ (big extended family affair), Stepdad is on slimming world so will stick to meat and salad but Mum makes amazing desserts....

Tomorrow...I am going to spend day with sister and her kids as Paul is helping brother in law lay decking. I am taking a big lump of beef to slow roast, some syn free roast potatoes and guess what my sister has asked me to make to go with it....greek salad lol! I am getting all the family hooked

However...the rest of the day was syn free and I did walk for about 1.5 hrs yesterday and 1 hour was spent pushing my lump of a 12 year old in a wheelchair - man that is exercise lol

Saw a good friend on Thursday first time in 6 weeks as she had an operation...as I opened the door she said "WOW Donna you've lost so much weight"

ebay can b a pain, i sent a tens machine recorded deliveery and woman claimed she hadnt got it but all proved tht it was signed for. Then same happened with dvd. Id had ebay for yrs n got my first negitive feed back, wasnt happy. I deleted it. Spending too much money anyways! Just use my OH's now. Too many chancers out there.

My munchkin got up n said "mum im too sleepy to go to cinema can i watch beauty beast in ur bed with popcorn"! Lol so at least we dont need to go out in the rain! Think i best go to gym laters tho :-/... I want a decent loss this week. Yes im losing but my tummy taking ages to look different. Ppl say its way flatter but im not happy. I no it doesnt happen over night. Suppose this weather aint helping, so fed up.

Did you take your measurements when you first started Tina? I wish I did, my sister and my cousin told me that yesterday that not only is my weight loss obvious now, its noticeable all over my body - which is nice, so I am def shrinking...just wish my boobs would fall off!

Our tummies are never gonna be perfect like a 17 year olds, we've had kids and to be honest I like a little round belly - rather than those ones that go inside, girls are supposed to have a bit of curve to them (ask your hubby) and Mr Grey agrees

I wish my boobs hadn't fallen off! They've disappeared! I've still got some weight around my middle to shift tho, so I'm with you on that one Tina. If I could just find a way to transfer it....
I've not taken my "after" measurements yet. Leaving it until target.

I've been cos I was on a mega downer and didn't want to spill my guts all over minis. So yesterday morning I woke up and it was like something had clicked back into place in my noggin so I spent a lot of yesterday catching up on all the toing and froing of you amazing guys and here I am. I don't stand a chance of remembering how everyone is doing so I'll leave it as well done everyone and welcome any newbies and bye V4L it was fun while it lasted.

Think I'll have a restart too cos I need to lose the same half stone I lost to begin with all over again. So Corky a restart and 3 stone for me please.

Wish it was me Andrea that was only a couple of pounds from target. You've done so well and been so determined you put me to shame. Well done
