My slimming consultant had car troubles and our class was cancelled. Bit annoyed as I needed a bit of a kick up the backside.

I was wondering about that. Problem is I can only go on Thursday as need Hubby home early from work to look after the baby. i also need to ge the password - so will text consultant today. I was a bit surprized she didn't offer an alternative. I do wonder as last week there was only 6 of us stayed due to holidays etc. I can't help but wonder if she fancied a week off - or is that nasty and cynical of me :-0

Ok guys, as we are halfway through the last week of the August challenge it's time to start thinking of September! Can all FFF members please let us know if you are sticking around for the next round or dropping out (I hope no one is!). Thanks guys x x
 
Count me in Taz, I want to lose 4 stone before my holiday at the end of Novemeber. I have 1 stone 2lb to go! :D

hey guys sorry i haven't been around was on holiday last week not weighing in tonight cause i am feeling really ill, will be weighing in next wednesday. so i am still in for september if that is ok with everyone i have my head and my heart back in it now i have had a complete blow out

i have to give up on this one cause i been off track for a week or 2 and starting the classes next week so will be on then but ive missed too many weeks
