1lb off for me this week, that was my last weigh in this months because I'm off on holiday on Sunday!! Septembers weight loss has been pants :cry:Next weigh in Wednesday 15th October (post Florida holiday)

I will be totally focussed by then and vow to lose at least 1.5 stone before Christmas
