First weigh in for three weeks last night after being abroad for work then holiday. Have put 3.5lbs on. Am ok with that as it is not too awful and can be made up quite quickly I hope!

i gained 1 pound in the last 3 weeks (as i didnt go to class for 2 weeks) so thats pretty good for the time of year
