Ten stone Challenge

Very hungry today. Paperwork, Ironing, shopping and entertaining my 4 year old while my husband sleeps before nights (where he will sit and read or suduko all night). I’m at work after school run tomorrow. Just packs today but struggled with shopping. It was hard not to buy to “blow out” on all my old fallbacks tonight while hubby at work. I’ve been known to secret eat in the past. I didn’t buy anything. Packs so far today. Water and coffee for drinks. I’m exhausted. I’m going to have to put my sons leftovers In the bin quick.

Actually I did buy something. I bought myself a beautiful bunch of gerbera flowers. I love them. Cheaper than “blow out food”. I am going to get in that dress. It’s only TOTM talking. Hope everyone’s doing okay. Will catch up on diaries soon. X
 
so in the hectic day it turns out I forgot my lunchtime pack. No wonder I was hungry and grumpy. I had a black coffee while my son had his lunch but we got visitors just as we got home and they didn't leave until after 5. I've just had strawberry and banana smoothie and a lemon pudding. Very nice. Peppermint tea now as i'm sooooooo cold. In the evening I really do start to shiver despite blankets and heating. Oh, I had maple syrup granola this morning. Not bad ! Just placed another order. Day 34 so I guess it's about time. 100 packs at 3 a day is 33 yet I have some left???? Hmmm, maybe a missed a couple of packs along the way. I'll have to make sure I don't do that again.
 
WI this morning. 20s10 so that’s 4 off. I know it’s more than that as I was 20s9 the other day but I’m happy. No TOTM though. V odd. I’m normally clockwork. I had a bar at 10 but I forgot my lunchpack and didn’t drink enough again. At work today. I really must stop missing packs. Hope everyone’s had a good day. Good luck in the snow!

So I know my weight loss stalls the week of TOTM. Tracking my weight daily on a table has really helped me keep mentally sane when I’ve been 100% TS and gained weight! Tracking moods has been an eye opener too. I feel great at the moment but I thought my clothes would feel different after 25lbs. I guess living in leggings and baggy tops means I won’t feel or look different until I put on one of my “slim into” outfits. Problem is, I’m scared if it doesn’t fit I’ll feel despondent. Maybe when I’m 3stone down I’ll try something new, it’s a size 22 blouse as my first aim. I’m wearing size 28 or 3XL when I started this. It’s gone from my face but my hips still look as big. Time for sleep now. Night all!
 
My clothes don’t feel any different either.......the weight has gone from my face, and very oddly my ankles :classic_roll_eyes:

We’re both doing great, and on track.......that’s the main thing :classic_big_grin:
 
Had an odd day. Felt totally exhausted and headachy. Ended up burning a days leave from work because of the snow. Slept from midday until four. I had 2 packs and a bacon omelette. TOTM started. Still very tired and tum a bit upset. Earlyish night. Hope you’re having a good day. Will catch up tomorrow. X
 
20s8 this morning but have the TOTM cramps from hell. Another snow day from work which I’m thankful for. Still 100%. I’ve had two shakes so far today, I think. OMG I can’t remember. I’m going to have to start putting out three packs.

Banana shake and Irish cream. My husband has been great today and made them. My supplies have been going down as he’s been using them too! Lost a stone apparently. I didn’t notice because I’m always working.

I put my days ‘menu’ in a basket each day and put the bowls out

......sounds a bit nerdy, but I enjoy routine and picking out what meals to have each day :classic_big_grin:

Shake for breakfast. Appropriate as it’s whiteout here and I’m freezing. I’m 20s9 this morning. March challenge I think. Aiming for a stone by 1st April.
 
We are neck and neck Darcy! I have to say I've not felt great today. Upset tummy. Quite queasy and very tired. I've had my packs already. What is it we are supposed to do every four weeks? Increase intake? I'm so cold it almost painful. That's in the house! Any suggestions?

Every fourth week Exante advise adding in a 200 calorie meal

I’ve never done this myself.......I don’t trust myself......but please don’t let me influence you on this decision

If you’re feeling unwell, perhaps it would be a good idea to do 😊

I’ve been cold and hungry today......think it’s the dreadful weather ❄️

.....I’ve dug out my heated blanket for the sofa, and I’m cozy now ☺️
