Ten stone Challenge

Ahh should have asked. I used to be an engineer but I'm starting night class in counselling skills tomorrow night. Psychology interests me but all the quantitive and qualitative analysis bored me to tears.
 
Hahahahaha. I just did a year project in a hospital purely qualitative 🤪 Never wanted to hurt a dictaphone so much tbh 🙈 I try to keep it interesting by staying part time!!
 
20s7 1/2 this morning. Why is it going sooooo slowly. I feel like I’ve stalled again. I’m in a hotel weds to saturday. Business breakfasts and dinners. Not sure how I’m going to do this. Eating a meal is “expected” as part of the thing. Have a great day.
 
20s7. I guess it’s moving again. Now to tackle the next three days away. I’ll try and check in before Saturday. Have a great week all.

Oh and today marks my 2 stone loss. Yippeeee🎉

Help!!!! Long journey, long day at work. I’ve had all 3 packs. Lots of water and I really really really want to have something to eat. My tummy is growling. I’ve done every distraction I can think of possible in a hotel room. Dinner is at 8. I’m gonna have to ask for something just protein. Aaarrrghh
 
Steak and salad yum
Or chicken and salaf
Or chicken and green veg
 
Have a Perrier, then go to bed as soon as it’s feasible. If you’ve had your three shakes, you’re technically fed, right?

There’s every chance I’m missing something here...?
 
I’m really not sure if the supportive thing to say here is yeah, yeah, just go eat?

Shouldn’t it really be: look you want this, you work for this all the time, ‘really really really want something to eat’ is just how it sometimes feels on a diet. Don’t do it, refuse, use your inner strength, you’ll like yourself more in the morning.

****But***** I’m new here so I genuinely don’t know the score, apologies in advance etc...

All great advice. Thankyou for being there during my big wobble. I begged off the evening, had my last shake and a lite of water then went to bed at 6.30! Read for a while then caught up on sleep. Got up at0630 and still feel tired. What is with that? I had a shake before breakfast. Coffee, bacon and eggs. Two mouthfuls then out. Not hard as I was the only female in the entire restaurant not to mention in a wheelchair. Stared at was an understatement! I feel very proud.
I’ve just refused a plate of biscuits with coffee. I’ve brought a bar for lunch instead of buffet. It’s just not worth ruining all the hard work. I can do this. Tonight is the big challenge. Think of the dress for June races. !
 
Look up Debenhams Coast Pink 'Brooke' bardot midi dress for the dress! I’ll be a step behind everyone for not joining the dinner last night (business) but it was worth it.
 
I’m in the restaurant. Stuck to plan all day even had a bar at lunch. I’ve told everyone I’m staying in ketosis. Arranged with waiter to have salmon and veg. :) Just waiting for everyone to arrive now
 
Sooooo the salmon ran out by the time we ordered so I had steak and salad. It was lovely but unfortunately I think it had a honey lime dressing on it. I did ask for it without but didn’t realise until I ate a chunk of lettuce with some on it. I really hope I’m not out of K. I didn’t eat it all. I’ve been drinking water since 5pm! Just got to hotel and tummy is not happy. Fingers crossed. Now to see what everyone’s been up to.
