Getting back to Target
I think that sticking to your original plan of an ID is a good idea, as you say, you don't want to put yourself in a position of possible sabotage...I'm sure it would be so easy to do
I can see where your coming from regarding an ID.... you have it sorted in your head what OK for an UD, and what's OK for a DD.... the ID is that funny inbewteen (I'm doing my 1st ID on Weds)
Your plan so far looks tasty...
Remember, you can eat plenty that's really low in cals..... just takes a bit of thought, and yes, avoiding your triggers is key to managing an ID I'm sure... good luck,
