Hope you dont mind me popping in! Well done for getting going and for such a great start. I am no expert but you might want to make 2 changes: eat more and eat more syns
Have a read around on this forum, people keep saying we need to be sure we eat enough or our bodies will hold onto the fat- and start with 15 syns a day then you have something to cut back on when you are nearer target. Just a thought, loads of people offer this advice
