Hope you feel better soon, wot did you think it was? im having pasta salad, jacket and small piece of chicken for tea ive got only 5 syns left! trying not to have a take away till next wkend. I dont think I cud give up diet coke I'd be so miserable without it xx

I don't know what's up, I've only ever felt sick when pregnant, or if I eat a lot of rich creamy foods which I haven't so I think it might just be my hormones settling down, or I had a bad belly earlier so maybe I've eaten something dodgy but I feel like crap now :(
Hope I haven't picked up a bug, last thing I need. Your tea sounds nice xx

Maybe ur bodys got use to eating healthy foods or hormones, I always worry if I feel sick as its usually the first sign of pg, hope ur ok though. Trying to eat well over the wkend need to fill out mfp xx

Oh I'll be wetting myself if it gets worse or I still feel sick in a week but I'm sure its not that, I couldn't cope! I've had my chinese and a crunchie today so from here on out I'm being good and sticking within cals/sw and lookin forward to next Friday :) x

I'm going to stick to between my 1200-1510 on mfp, I'm going to try sticking to sw foods and use up a bit of food in the house each day. I hope upping the water and not having fizzy pop helps me out. I wi on a Friday, but I'm really struggling with sw at the moment, it's getting expensive and I'm on maternity, having to watch the money. I've literally ran out of sw friendly foods and I have no shopping budget left til Friday. I do have a freezer and cupboard full of not so sw friendly foods though :(. I have about 5 tubs slimfast and I have a few WW meals and good for you meals so I may just cal count and try my best to eat sw friendly foods - I have tons of tins of beans x

Aw I know that feeling, we were sooo skint after our second was born and food for a family costs a fortune!

I do most of my shopping in Aldi which helps, but also I don't eat meat so eat lots of lentils and chickpeas etc which are cheap, I tend to buy the Aldi super 6 veg and plan some food around that, fruit kills me as my kids eat tonnes of it, but the markets do big bowls for £1 each, so when I can get to town I buy those too.

I think as long as you're in the right mindset, you'll lose weight doing any plan, good luck for Friday :)

Thanks, I think I'm going to make a trip to Aldi tomorrow for some cereal bars and some fruit hopefully it'll keep me going the rest of the week x

I find shopping at Aldi loads cheaper, I buy some stuff in there and the rest from Asda and Tesco depending on offers, I buy the kids yogurts and mini cheddars etc from there for their lunch boxes for the childminder, as well as their smoked salmon and frozen prawns and other bits

I'm so frustrated at the minute with hubby and having the same discussion about money every single day, either he doesn't listen or he doesn't care or maybe he's tryin to deliberately put a wedge between us - I know he's not but it feels like it, he has no concept of money or how much stuff costs. I'm going to flip my lid before the nights out I swear.
