The battle of the Bubble

Thanks everyone. Question, I wonder if eating too much carbs has an impact on health? Seem to be eating a lot of potatoes and pasta?

Hello hun, I do green a lot because I love my carbs :p but as long as you are having them with plenty of fibre on your plate, you should be fine, carbs on their own would not make a balanced meal. Hope this helps ;).

Thanks guys! OK i'm having other things as well like fruit and meat but seems everyday I'm having potatoes or pasta, don't want to end up looking like a potato in the end.:hmm:

Hi everybody! Hope you all well. Sis quick to the kitchen and cut up as much fruit as you can and cover it with yoghurt and start eating till you can't eat no more. It's the best way I know of getting over the munchies.:eatdrink017: At least its free.

Busy day at work. Had my pasta with veg for lunch and bowl of grapes ( I ate so many I didn't want to eat for the next three hours.

Didn't get home till 8 and was hungry so before I started to pick I opened the freezer and had a life saving ready meal (chili con carne).

By the way I cooked some pork fillets with mushrooms (thanks Becky), but guess what? I added some potatoes too and put it in the oven. (tmrws lunch).
 
All club runs done. Kids in bed. Cupboard raiding time. Mmmmm what to have? Fruits soooooo boring! Dont fancy it tonight.

Its worked Becki! Yay... must have my cup of tea and go to bed before i get another attack. That was pretty controlled of me, when hubby is sitting here with a kilo bar of fruit and nut! :eek:

Food looks great, shame about the quark. I love Philly! I also tried, for the first time, the cheddary Low Low today on ryvita and it wasn't bad at all. Not sure I'd want it that often but wonder what that would be like stirred in with some pasta? Have you tried it?

Been through diaries, hoping ive not missed people, im now ready for another kip. Got to get up in 50mins is it worth it i wonder?
