The battle of the Bubble

I think the muller greek style are only 0.5 syns each Bubble so you should be able to fit those on plan easily enough. Good luck with your new start tomorrow. My fridge is only half full but luckily plenty of fruit and veg and the freezer has lots of chicken and lean mince etc. I do need to do some batch cooking but it probably won't be for the next couple of days as hubby is off work till Wednesday.
Oh and yes, ferreros are 3.5 each! Scary isn't it, when its so easy to eat lots of these things without hardly thinking about it. xx

Good idea to measure - but ur being hard on urself doing it in cms - the numbers wd have been much lower in inches lol! Good luck today xx

The actual figures mean not a lot to me as I'm a feet and inches kind of gal.... but recording them monthly is a great idea and I'm sure they'll soon show results. Are you planning to do more exercise too, I know you did before but might find it harder fitting it in with your working hours? xx

Hehe, same here as I'm also trying to get my water/nas squash quota back up and my coffee back down, got into bad habits over the holiday period. x
 
Decided I dont like kale in smoothies. Too bitter.

Ok been sick now. That smoothie werent the best choice today. Need chocolate to take the taste away.... what to do?
