Ive managed to stay clear of the pancakes Ive completed 7/30DS still on level 1 too scared to move up.....
Ive been thinking of doing a few green/red days mix it up a bit, lost lots of weight a long time ago just doing these so might just give it a go.
My girl has netball tonight and its my week (every 8) for helping out, thats all extra exercise isn't it? shall I keep the pedometer on? I usually take it off for the shred so dont know what to do running about.
Im planning on coming back to make one of kays cheesecakes.
Post back after 8pm.
Just laying in bed thinking about the lemon quark. Googled it and it seems its synned at 2 syns a tub. Well im still impressed for a cheesecake dessert it was lush. So correcting my syns to 10 today.
Dont know if any sw member could check syns for me please when they get a minute. I have another tub dont want to indulge again if its a lot more!
Just checked the app and could only see one kind of lemon quark (Lake District Dairy Co) and it says 1 syn for 100g. Hope that helps! (can't wait to yet this cheesecake, yummo)

Didnt really sleep much last night but still feel quite lively.
Working in the afternoon today so its a choice between getting out for a walk or theres a farmfoods store opened and heard they are quite reasonably priced. Mmmm walk - shopping which will it be?

Hi - fancy that cheesecake now! I'm not a member anymore so Googled lemon quark - no luck! Agree next time to use lemon rind/juice to keep it free. Keep forgetting to post my Succ Exp days - here's a brief rundown since my last post on Sunday (I think!): B'fast: every day cos I love it - 35g muesli HEB, fat free from frais, sweetener, 2/3 berries Lunch: different SW soups Teas: SW mushy pea curry & rice sounds ugh but it's Mmm, roast turkey & salad Snacks: fruit, cherry toms, cucumber Syns: SW choc brownies, SW Ferrero Rocher, v low mayo, glace cherry - just went in without thinking - 2 syns so never again! Lost 2.75 this week so worth it (& only 6 days cos I was away last wk). Will carry on with SE for a bit - but will have 5-15 syns, the 4 HEs, and eat more of free/s-free - yum!
I'm pleased it's worked so well for you! That's a great loss keep us updated, I love your meal ideas for it.
