grilled gammon steaks, pineapple, actifry wedges, 2 frylighted eggs and frylighted mushrooms, onions and peppers and alphabetti spaghetti (really enjoyed my dinner tonight)

More fruit salad and a few cherries

Ive had 5 teas 2.5 syns for milk and water and sf vimto

Planning to have a mint hot choc 2 syns and mint 2 finger kit kat 5.5 syns and due another alpen light 1/2 HEXB

So 10 syns today, 9/30DS and 18181steps - 7.82 miles - pedometer is now off im about to laze in the bath.:D

Another great day on plan with lots of yummy food plus the exercise - ur doing so well.

I made the cheesecake today - like yours a bit squishy but hubby and I loved it - I topped mine with grated choc and a few chopped nuts mmmm.... cos still can't find choc shots. It was only 2.5 syns and a piece each for 2moro!

Morning peeps :)

Found myself inviting friends round this evening so i need some help please?
Im having red day, having a grilled breakkie for brunch as i have a staff meeting this pm at work.
For tea im making kebabs but want to make it more filling for visitors, does anyone know if any pitta bread and hummus is a hexb on red day please?
Also is halloumi a hexa on red?
Another little favour please got some lemonade sugar free jelly crystals from morrisons own brand cant find syns anywhere but a lot less cal than hartleys, any ideas? Im planning to dissolve in half a pint (instead of a pint of water) and add to the quark to make the cheesecake. Think it may set a bit better by tonight. Just experimenting really but dont want tonight ti stay on plan.

Today gone tits up!! Got called into work at half 9, and just come out of intense meeting getting kids and got friends round at 5! So no shred not much walking ive had to drive to sch cos of meeting running late, havent been to get pittas or hummus so just eating kebabs and salad.
Oh yeah -and no grill up at lunch ive survived on toast so far but dinners at 5! Its not good im not in control!!
Life gets in the way...

My consultant says imagine a week as a bunch of 7 flowers. If one goes over, you don't throw the rest of the bunch away. So if you have a bad day, draw a line under it and move on. Tomorrow is a new day. Don't throw away the other 6!

Hey found the famous choc shot - luvvvvverly with berries and fat free from frais - but the advice on storage made me smile "Once open eat within 8 weeks" who are they kidding if I had my own way I'd scoff it in 8 mins!! Thanks introducing me to it and directing me to Tesco's!!

Hi guys its 01.44 im finally in bed! Cant tell you what steps i did as my pedo meter resets itself at midnight although i can say ive done 236 so far since then. Haha i dont normally wear it on the weekends. Didnt shred either. Oh dear! :thumbdown:
Ive had a lovely evening, ive accumilated an extra sleeping bunny in the house! The kids all crashed out watching a dvd.
Food:
Fruit salad and ff yoghurt
WM Toast hexb laughing cow extra light 1 syn
Chargrilled chicken kebabs with peppers, mushrooms, onions and courgette.
Mixed salad
Cheesecake made with the jelly crystals (worked a treat) 2 syns

Hot choc 2 syns

5 syns today.

So didnt lose the day foodwise.
Must try and go to sleep now. X
