Morning! Its really bright and chirpy here birds singing :) hope it brightens up ur end soon.

In for a calmer day today hopefully hubby home tonight which im looking forward to, dont know if ill manage a green day today he likes his meat, but i dont want an original still craving carbs.. :rolleyes:
So decisions -decisions.. ive started with just fruit while i c how the day goes. Didnt plan for the week as mondays numbers on scales threw me, this could be my danger zone.. :eek:

Hey come on now - ur so good with putting ur food together I hesitate to make any suggestions but how about looking back on ur food diary ? (I do on urs for ideas!!)

Try not to lose it - I know it's hard but it might be even harder on WI if u do - take care and hubby's home tonight!!
 
Hot choc shots is a drinking choc but comes in a squeezy bottle in liquid form. Its very rich and 1 tbsp is 2 syns. Ideal for desserts ive never tried it as a hot choc. X

Hi everyone! Im buzzing about. Just booked my Cyprus holiday to see my family in August. Centreparcs and Cyprus to look forward to, better get this weight shifting!!!

Im going to work out how many weeks to each hols and set some 'realistic' mini targets to get there. "Oh tonight gonna be a good night" Crazy lady on the loose...

Ive gone EE today thanx everyone, haven't planned the rest of the week but Ive got more motivation than ever to lose these lbs. I cant let my auntie be the slim one shes just got her 3 stone award out in cyprus.

Buzzing off again, ill be back soon.

Well I've set a few targets.
As a slow loser Ive opted for 1lb a week except I have already made a March commitment on the the challenge for 8lb. I may have been a little optimistic for that to be honest.:rolleyes:
My husband has told me off for setting targets as he says I go silly to achieve them and well I fail I get really down. :cry:
I really want to prove him wrong this time. I don't want to get down anymore, I want to aim for something and just know Ive tried my best.:)

My other target that is not on the signature for all to see on every thread is that I am going to get myself weened off of the pills and have a pill free summer holiday.
So I have approx 20 weeks I am booking docs appointment for next week tomorrow. :)

Banana and apple

Pasta bake from last night with a salad on side and 30g grated cheddar HEXA

alpen light 1/2 HEXB

grilled gammon steaks, pineapple, actifry wedges, 2 frylighted eggs and frylighted mushrooms, onions and peppers and alphabetti spaghetti (really enjoyed my dinner tonight)

More fruit salad and a few cherries

Ive had 5 teas 2.5 syns for milk and water and sf vimto

Planning to have a mint hot choc 2 syns and mint 2 finger kit kat 5.5 syns and due another alpen light 1/2 HEXB

So 10 syns today, 9/30DS and 18181steps - 7.82 miles - pedometer is now off im about to laze in the bath.:D
 
bubble so proud of you .... not just for coming off the pills but for doing it the right way with the doctor's help xx
 
Thanx guys, if the scales dont show any change on monday ill just throw them away and go by how i feel! Last weekend i was buzzing expecting a big loss and it never happened and again im feeling on top form today so not going to let a set of numbers get me down.... famous last words!!! Im trusting you guys to throw them back at me one day. :p
