Food today:

Fruit salad and mullerlight.

Satsumas x2, apple, alpen light 1/2 hexb

Frittata- bacon, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, chilli, potato, onion sweetcorn, mangetout.
Side salad- just lettuce, tom, cucumber and carrots

Alpen light 1/2 hexb, banana, pear

Carbonara - bacon, eggs, parsley and parmesan - hexa

Just ate 2 mini cadbury egg cones - so small 7 syns (its done it though - took my sweet craving away) :)

Have had 4 teas 2syns for milk
2 litres of water.

Hope i have no other urge but have 6 syns if i do. X

It was very easy and very tasty. Im impressed with this month mag. Im trying lemony pork at the weekend.
Theres a new fake away recipe book in classes. Id like a copy will need to see if i can find anyone who goes to group to get me it, might have to make enquiries up the sch when we go back.;)

Just realised i hadnt wrote on my own thread today.:p

Ive dyed my hair again, it was a little too red so gone more chocolate with a hint of cherry. Im much happier with it now. :)

Have only been out to wilkos and asda, needed a pyramid for the jasmine to climb on and some more fruit to munch on. I hate shopping on a saturday too many people, i hate people!:D

Making curry for tea, smells gorgeous.
Im redesigning the kids rooms, (all in my head) but its going to cost a fortune. The girls want bunk beds and my boy wants a high bunk with shelves for all his lego underneath. Better start saving!

We have an early start in the morning. Off to the marathon, cubs and beavers giving out the water bottles at the start and we need to be there at 630! Did it last year the atmosphere is fantastic, so looking forward to it but not to the crazy start time. Ill give out a wave.;)

Foodwise ive had fruit salad, frittata and salad, and a hot cross bun with philedelphia choc spread 10.5 syns. Boy it was worth it. :p

Just been looking at the couch to 5k on the nhs website. Im going to give it a go alternating with the shred. Im not brave enough to run in public but have the treadmill collecting dust again in the garage. So its time to put it back into operation.
Im also tempted in joining autumn with WI once a month but dont know if im that brave! I just feel the numbers shouldnt mean as much to me as they do, maybe i can do fortnightly. :confused:

Oh :( that's not like you. You've been so positive this week as well.

I agree, the numbers shouldn't matter as much as they do. They shouldn't determine my mood for the day and I should punish my body because it doesn't do what I want it to.

BUT they do keep me on track. Only you know if you will succumb to temptation by not seeing the numbers, so only you can decide if it's the right thing for you.
 
Dont know, i really want to eat crap again. Its getting close to mondays that do it. I lose the willpower at weekends.
Had a lovely week, done lots of little bits, but today, well its been boring I guess. And that usually drives me to food.
Your right about weighing to keep on track i may seriously think about changing WI day. Mondays are horrid. :(

Hi Bubbles!! Do you have a smart phone? If you do theres a free c25k app which is brill. Tells you when to walk and when to jog etc. I did day 1 the other day and was pretty impressed. I despise running and am utterly rubbish at it but even I managed to keep up and do it :)

You're making me want a hot cross bun now ... must resist!
