So far so good hun, you??
I was driving home before and I did have a ooh I could just eat some crisps moment but I sipped on my water and told myself off. So 100% today and no added protein. Feeling bloated so need a slimatea tonight. Currently distracting myself by looking at kitchens online.

Oh no ....poor you. Have you seen an ENT specialist?? I have had numerous operations on my nose since being a child, and suffer with my sinuses too.

Yep we are having a new kitchen. Having the current one remodelled in terms of layout and a new kitchen just can't decide on one. And budget it tight and all the ones I love are over budget!!!

Never been referred to anyone about it and I've asked its always the left side and anyone who doesn't suffer just don't understand how painful it is do they! I blow my nose that much trying to breathe I have a big hole in the middle bit now and a deviated septum, really need to see a specialist!

Sounds like you need a referral Hun. I'm good post op for about 2-3years then it gets bad again and I go back on the waiting list.
I'll post some pics of the two kitchen I'm torn between.

Wow love them all! Mines shaker style like the top pic. Love love love the middle one but the high gloss would freak me out a little but love it! There are so many gorgeous kitchens but it's such a costly job that you have to get it right x

So I've jumped on the scales this morning and I'm 15 stone 12 pound!!!! Yippee!!!! Really hope it stays in the 15's for Tuesday's weigh in!!!
