Yeah, no doubt it's all water! My loss is probably down to the lack of... I'm on the dehydration diet ;)

Breakfast:
Banana, two satsumas
Coffees x 3 with skimmed milk (3 syns)

Lunch:
Baked potato with mediterranean veg, spinach leaves and cucumber

Afternoon: Activia snackpot

Supper: leftover wholemeal pasta with many-veg-ragu
Cupcake from Lorraine Pascal's cupcake shop in Covent Garden. I estimate about 20 syns. .

Why I had that cupcake I just do not know.
Eugh.

Well don't go past Konditor and Cook then!

Ha! One of those near me would mean a massive fail. Unfortunately, Ella's Bakehouse is a short walk.

Breakfast:
Pineapple, banana
3 x coffees with skimmed milk (not sure yet if I'll count them as syns or HEa)

Lunch:
Spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, small jacket potato and some giant couscous

Supper:
I think it'll be a tortilla tonight... with some veg of some sort!

Am feeling super sleepy today. Bad night and lots going on today - and I'm sounding like a moany old woman! So glad tomorrow is Friday!

Looking forward to making a really nice Thai green curry on the weekend. Just need to get to the supermarket!

Hi little sausage! Sounds like you're doing ace still!! Hope you're ok! How is work? Less busy i hope!

Don't worry about that cupcake too much! Was it yum? Hope your thai curry turns out nice! Xxxx

Hey Jules! Work is much less busy this week, thank goodness! After a 2 day craft show on the weekend, I'm looking forward to a really quiet one this weekend. And tomorrow is Friday! Yay!

Slightly disappointed with the cupcake. Definitely not worth the 20 billion syns!

How about some of these cakey type biscuits with this scan bran stuff? Looks like something I'd line my loft with personally, but my consultant is always coming up with recipes using it. E.g. ferrero richer etc lol

Yes, my consultant is the same! Not entirely sure how some Nutella will make plywood taste like Ferrero Rocher, butane swears by it!

Ha ha my thoughts exactly. Oh by,the way. My son had a little friend round yesterday and I bought them jam doughnuts. Still two there. How I am managing to not scoff them I have no idea! lol

Dude, that is the restraint that SW instills! I still have a stocking full of chocolate, including a big Lindt Santa from Christmas! Also, I've found that I rarely have bread, or crave it anymore. It really used to be a massive vice of mine, but I can just turn it down no problem now, and I'm not even tempted when passing the in-store bakery! Weird...

Hey same here. Though we've not had bread in the house for a while. The bairn prefers wraps or pitta bread. It just constantly amazes me that I've stuck to it so religiously for so long. Most unlike me. Having my syns each day def helps though. And I've noticed how I am massively craving my frozen fruit and yoghurt. Big time in fact. I mix up a huge batch AE the beginning of the week and keep it in the fridge. I swear I could eat twice as much though lol

Hi little Sausage, how are you?

All that travelling and still doing so well. How's work at the moment?

I have to say I still haven't come across scan bran but it hasn't exactly been sold to me. Loft insulation doesn't sound that appealing ;)

Hey ladies. You are all doing so well resisting temptation all this time! Jam donuts are a toughie!!

It is strange isn't it. Before joining SW I'm sure you guys were the same as me - good intentions but genuinely felt I couldn't resist choc or crisps if they were in front of me. Now I really can just take it or leave it. I don't even sit there thinking "Ooh I wish I could eat that!"

I reckon it's because you never really are that hungry. The other week I forgot my lunch and had no money and was panicking that hunger was going to send me off the rails to the nearest plate of cake (in my staff room the nearest plate of cake is never very far!) but I just didn't get that hungry really. Before SW I would be chewing my arm off with hunger by break time!!

Pinkie I really like your idea of the frozen fruit - yog mix. Think I will get myself a nice new tupperware from Asda and some Onken yog and frozen fruits and mix them up for my fridge to have as a post work treat here and there. After work is usually when I get a bit peckish and have Ryvitas and things when I should be really having superfree.

As for Scan Bran is it weird that I really like it? I only like it if it is piled high with things (cottage cheese or cheese spread with a Quorn ham slice is a delight!) but I've never tried these fake ferrero rocher. They sound a bit wrong!

I only had scan bran for the first time this week and I have to say I quite enjoyed them too, piled high with cottage cheese and tomato, and a cheeky bit of salt and pepper... Much better than Ryvita, which I find taste like a much thicker plank of wood!!!

The frozen fruit/yog combo does sound good, I'm always eating fresh fruit and yog and get fed up having to prepare it!! Might go for some frozen this week, if my budget allows!!! xx

Hi Red! Work is ok at the moment... things seem a little quieter today, at least! Really hoping that Monday WI is another good one. I've been pretty good all in all, so I'll be most disappointed if it's not!

That Scan Bran really is more like building insulation than food. Eugh. Some people really, really like it but it truly does taste like cardboard. I wouldn't recommend it!

Breakfast:
Banana, Activia snackpot
3 x coffee with skimmed milk (HEa)

Lunch:
LOADS of spinach leaves, baby tomatoes and cucumber with a small jacket potato and some giant couscous, plus approx 1tbsp Peri Peri sauce (1/2 syn)

No idea what I'll do for supper, but I am heading to the supermarket so will probably end up with some salmon and make something from the Wagamama cookbook. Yay!
