Ok so food plan for today ladies:
B: Not had anything yet but some strawberries and i shall have a banana
L: Brought left over baked bean lasagne
T: at mums tonight asked for a baked potato xxx
Hello - no my Granola is either a healthy extra B or 5 syns for 25g.
You asked for the carbonara recipe this serves 2 with leftovers for your lunch the next day:
150g pasta
1 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 pepper sliced
1/4 green cabbage thinly sliced
1 teaspoon oregano (or other dried herbs and chilli if you like a bit of spice)
2 eggs
1/2 pot quark
1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water
2. In a large frying pan frylight the onion for 3 minutes until soft
3. Add the other veggies and garlic to the onions and fry on a medium heat until soft. Add the herbs and chilli (if you are using it) and let them cook in. Add salt and pepper.
4. In a bowl beat the eggs and quark together until well mixed - season with salt and plenty of pepper
5. When cooked, drain the pasta (saving some of the pasta cooking water and place on one side)
6. Turn off the heat and tip the veggies into the pan with the cooked pasta and mix well.
7. Off the heat, stir in the eggs and quark mixture into the pasta and veggies - the residual heat from the pasta will heat the sauce through. Add a little of the hot pasta cooking water to loosen the sauce.
8. SCOFF whilst trying to be ladylike.
N.B You can use any veggies you have in for this - mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, red onion instead of white, red cabbage instead of green etc. You can also add lean bacon or ham for free if you are doing an Extra Easy Day.

L: Left over lasagne again BUT i might have noodles instead mix it up a bit.
T: Going to attempt lisa's smash based pizza will have with cheese (a) and maybe some ham (b) and pile the veggies on!
snacks: banana, mullerlight and maybe alpen lights (b) and babybel light (a)

I'm not too bad ta, trying to keep my head in SW mode, made a curry for tea & doing an EE day so I can have some lovely carby rice with it for a change. OH was a horrible son of a B***h last night so we are not talking today I WILL NOT use it as an excuse to comfort eat crap tho xx
Oh its so hard not to though isnt it! Whats he done.....shall I come round n beat him up???? (only kidding....no really im not.....ok then I am )
mmmmmm carby rice! i think thats why i go for the old green days, i love my pasta and rice and potatoes! Give myself one red day a week as a treat! xxxxxx
I love spuds/rice pasta too hun......trouble is if I have them too often it seems to slow my losses
I have that problem too, took me a year to realise it was the green days that caused my losses to slow, considering i'm not the fastest loser they made it worse. Last few weeks i've stuck to Red, with the odd EE when i want carbs
He's just on my case again ALL the time I make a start with the diet....and its like nothing I do is good enough! now hes banging on that I wont lose weight unless I exercise (he is so insensitive given that I am still struggling with the balance issues :sigh He always has to be right about everything & I just feel like telling him to shove this holiday up his aris & go on his own! I KNEW it was a mistake booking.

This is exactly what Ive tried to do since I restarted SW this time around. I know last time whenever I did greens I either STS or even PUT ON wierd how different plans affect us all huh xx
Ooooh cheeky article!! My OH is the same "should you be eating that" "can you have that on your diet" its grinding!!! I think he should having a bashing saying that about the exercise knowing full well about the blance thinks. The can be such goons sometimes cant they!!!!!

Were booked to go back to Cuba for 3 weeks in October (we have some Cuban Friends out there that we want to go back & take some clothing & gifts for too) trouble is I was in too minds whether I was ready for a holiday just yet with everything thats been going on......but he talked me round saying everything will be good- now as soon as its booked its like hes being a complete idiot! grrrr I'm going to take this Wii balance board & shove it up his Aris along with my crutches lol xx
