Gonna go to Morton pool this eve so might go there again tomorrow... What time shall I pick u up tomorrow? I need to be done by 6 for tea and in case I need to go to police station x

Thursday 19th May.

Night shift again tonight and I've only had 2hours sleep. So sick of these shifts I'm exhausted. I'm at the drs in the morning so can't go to bed then either :( hoping to get my tests done to find out why I'm losing my babies :( hoping to get some answers.

Breakfast: made a syn free pancake with 1egg 3tbs of sweetener lemon flavouring and a tiny tiny bit of jam with chopped banana. It was actually really nice :) tried some frozen muller light yogurt wasn't very nice.

Lunch: chicken and phili light 2syns. wrapped in lean bacon steamed veg carrots, broccoli and sweetcorn with a few sweet potato wedges. Extra light Mayo 0.5 syns.

Mini milk 1.5 syns.

2x alpen light bars (HEXB)

2x baby bell (HEXA)

Cadburys light choc moose 3syns.

Breakfast: 2x alpen light bars (HEXB)


Lunch: mugshot.

Did an hours swim :)

Tea: GORGEOUS home made pizza!! Used warburtons square wrap 8syns. Topped with pasata, onions, Kerry low low cheese (HEXA) mushrooms and tomatoes. Stir fry veg. Xx

Saturday 21st May.

WI day!

Omg I've lost 3pound!!! YEY! Now my BMI is 26.37 and I'm 10stone 3pounds!!!! Soooooo happy :)

Breakfast: chopped, apple, banana, strawberry, kiwi and grapes.

Going for an hours swim :)

Lunch: home made pizza using warburtons square wrap 8syns. Topping I used pasata, mushrooms, onion, ham, Kerry low low cheese (1/2 HEXA) and tomatoes. With salad.

Tea: home made chicken pie. Mushrooms, carrots, onions, mixed veg and bacon topped with sweet potato/ potato. 1syn
gravy. Steamed veg broccoli, sweetcorn and carrots.

2x alpen light bars. (HEXB)

Didn't wanna text at this time! Lol! Still not feeling like swimming tomorrow! I'm going to bed now but not gonna set alarm! U n ur mum should go and I'll see when I wake up :) will do Wii after garden party if I don't swim! Sorry - started to feel down after tea for no reason that's why I went quiet sorry! I'm ok :) see u next sun if not before... Or at water aerobics on mon xx
 
Sunday 22nd May.


Brunch: home made BLT! WM pitta (HEXB) bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and spring onions with extra light mayo

Lunch: big fruit salad. Strawberries, kiwi, pear grapes and lots of berries.


Tea: home made lasagne. Mince, carrots, onions, mushrooms, pasata, mixed herbs, garlic and chilli, phili light 2syns, FF natural yog, low low cheese (HEXA) pasta sheets. With steamed veg carrots and broccoli.

Cadburys light choc moose 3syns.
